  1. Demand Control. Our automated air conditioning control system dynamically adjusts based on occupancy density across areas and actual temperatures, with selected target set points. This intelligent system maximizes comfort while minimizing energy consumption.

  2. Monitoring Mode. The system can operate in a monitoring-only mode, providing real-time status updates for each FCU (Fan Coil Unit) without exerting control. This mode allows local control via wall thermostats or timers, and the IoT gateway displays the air conditioning and temperature status per zone.

  3. Schedule Mode. TIn schedule mode, the system and FCUs operate according to a user-defined schedule during the service period. Users can set schedules from the GUI dashboard to command FCU operations according to their specific needs.

  4. Always On Mode. The system's Always On mode keeps the FCU constantly running, which is particularly useful for server rooms or other special application areas. This setting can be managed from the GUI dashboard for convenience.

  5. Override Manual Control. Admin users have the ability to override manual control for individual FCU operations. This feature is especially beneficial for special events, where specific control over HVAC systems is required
