About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities: -
• Manage full sets of accounts, including meticulous preparation and insightful analysis.
• Ensure timely submission of financial reports, project costing, GST submission, and facilitate tax clearance.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly Accounts Receivable progress claim report.
• Methodically match, tally and update all Accounts Payable transactions, ensuring accuracy in monthly payment to suppliers
• Take charge of submitting quarterly GST of Otto Solutions Pte Ltd
• Conduct in-depth project costing analysis and provide oversight for the monthly report.
• Execute month-end account closing activities and meticulous reconciliations.
• Oversee the Accounts Payable function, reviewing and validating related documentations for accuracy.
• Responsible for project costing monthly report.
• Manage the quarterly GST submission and reconciliation process.
• Efficiently handle the preparation of cheques to suppliers and oversee all petty cash reimbursements.
• Hold responsibility for the monthly subcontractor’s monthly report.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• To help in the submission of grant matters
• To be proficient in Quick book Software
Requirements
Requirements: -Education and Qualification Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Account, Business, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
· Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Strong analytical skills wish a keen eye for detail.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Prior experience with GST submissions and tax clearance procedures is advantageous.
Knowledge of relevant accounting software is a plus.
