About the Role

Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Digital Transformation Executive to support our company’s digitalisation journey. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about workflow optimisation, process automation, and AI-driven solutions. You will gain hands-on experience in mapping processes, designing automations on platforms like Monday.com, and working closely with teams across the company to streamline operations.
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will help modernise workflows, reduce manual tasks, and strengthen productivity. This role allows you to contribute ideas that directly shape how the company operates and grows.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist in the digitalisation of workflows across multiple departments.
● Support the setup and management of automation tools (e.g., Monday.com/ CRM, Zapier, Make.com, integrated apps, AI applications).
● Collaborate with teams to understand operational challenges and propose digital solutions.
● Research and evaluate emerging AI and digital tools that can enhance efficiency.
● Support the Team Lead in planning, executing, and monitoring digital transformation projects.
● Document workflows and maintain digital solution guides for internal use.

Requirements

● Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a background in Business, IT, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.

● Familiarity with productivity or workflow platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Notion, or similar) is an advantage.

● Strong interest in digital transformation, automation, and AI solutions.

● Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process gaps and propose enhancement.

● Tech-savvy and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new platforms and tools.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments

● Detail-oriented with the ability to document processes and create clear guides for others to follow.
