About the Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Coordinate internal resources and third- party vendors to ensure flawless project execution
• Develop a detailed project plan including schedule and costing to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Report to and escalate issues with management as needed
• Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed briefs and clarify specific project requirements
• Develop and share comprehensive project progress reports with clients for payment processing
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Education and Qualification Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
OR equivalent experience is acceptable
Experience Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant technical experience in a similar capacity
OR Candidates with a strong willingness to learn and grow are welcome; comprehensive training will be provided.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
Able to read and understand tender drawings (Electrical / MEP)
Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Strong team member/leader, meticulous, and serious about their work.
Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for success.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to handle pressure.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Available to start work immediately or on short notice.
